ITIL accredited with an IT service continuity/management background and service delivery, you will have an excellent opportunity for career recognition and progression within this international financial organisation. You will be responsible to ensure that the IT Services provided to the business are proactively managed and future-proofed within the context of the wider business and IT strategies in order to ensure availability and continuity of services together with adequate provision for growth and expansion.
It is essential that you are ITIL accredited with more than 4 years IT service continuity and IT service delivery demonstrable track record. A third party supplier management background ideally within an organization with international responsibility is highly desirable. Any previous responsibility and management of the following IT Service disciplines is also required; Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, Service Continuity Management, and Service Improvement Planning.
