A Trainer/Instructor from a Software training background (ideally Legal Software) has an excellent opportunity with a legal software company offering career development and progression. You will be involved in all activities within the Training Department which includes providing training to their clients on the company’s legal software packages and supporting clients on various applications via telephone, remote access, meetings and written correspondence.
It is essential that you have a good commercial background as a Software Trainer/Instructor ideally within Legal Software and knowledge of Case management systems is highly desirable. You will also be responsible for providing training both on client’s site and in house which will include project meeting and end user training.
