Technical Helpdesk Consultant
Technical Helpdesk Consultant skilled in 1st Line and 2nd Line support, remote support and database administration has an excellent opportunity for career development within this IT Services Company who is the leading supplier of revenues, benefits, payment management and e-government within the public sector and social housing marketplace.You will be responsible for providing front line support and completing scheduled work for the remote support customers. Your role will also involve taking ownership of issues and see them through to completion.
It is essential that you have demonstrable skills in Helpdesk Support. Administrative exposure to Unix, Linux and Microsoft Operating System environments. RDBMS administration, knowledge of Ingres, knowledge of SQL and Unix is desirable but not essential.
