Following full software product training, you will be responsible for providing 1st line software technical support to existing customers in addition to providing online/telephone training and sales demonstrations to new customers on the company’s construction software products.
It is essential that you have more than 12 months 1st line software support commercial background with good problem solving skills related to Microsoft Office/Operating Systems. Any skills providing software sales demonstrations on line or over the telephone are highly desirable although not essential.
