Skills in wireless data technologies (WAP, MMS, SMS, CDMA, GSM, UMTS and Video Streaming) are required for this innovative software managed services provider offering excellent career development opportunities. You will be responsible for the support of the company's test solution at customer sites within Germany, including project management, support SW and HW installation, scripting test scenarios, analysing the customer services, customer work processes and the delivery of training (both on-the-job and classroom) on their technologies and solutions.
It is essential that you live within Germany and have more than 4 years commercial background in IT infrastructure support within the Wireless data technology industry including WAP, MMS, SMS, CDMA, GSM, UMTS and/or Video Streaming. Hands-on knowledge of scripting languages such as VB Script and of databases such as SQL Server and MySQL are required for this role. Commercial knowledge of Internet technologies such as XML, XSL, Java, JavaScript, XHTML/Web and/or HTTP/TCP/IP are also required in addition to Project Management and/or Project Engineering skills.
