Description:
Solid leadership skills with a strong service delivery background including managed services are essential requirements for this leading resource management enterprise software company! You will be responsible for the operational issues related to delivery of managed services, Training and Consultancy, Project Management services and maintenance contracts against agreed Service Level Agreements and to work with both customers and the sales force to develop the managed services business.
It is essential that you have a solid service delivery commercial background in addition to a commercial understanding of Project Management and Customer Account Management ideally for software related business. Solid people motivational and leadership skills in addition to demonstrable skills in the deployment of business change activities across transactional operations are essential. Ideally accredited with ITIL and PRINCE 2 Foundation with a background in small to large scale programme delivery is highly desirable. A full clean driving license and the ability to travel to client sites at short notice is also required.
