With good database SQL Server and Oracle support administration skills, you will have an excellent opportunity for career development and progression within this market leading resource management Software Company based in the historic city of Cambridge! You will be responsible for providing telephone and remote technical support, communicating in both English, French and/or German to approximately 400 end users world-wide.
It is essential that you speak fluent English and if possible a second language in French or German with a good technical background in databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Microsoft products. It is desirable that you have more than 18 months commercial background in a technical support role providing support and administration to database systems including SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft products and web technologies. Any knowledge of the Education market and Timetabling is desirable but not essential.
