They develop and supply solutions for resource scheduling and management and you will be responsible for providing support to their clients, website maintenance, creating support specific documentation and the maintenance and support of CRM.
It is essential that you have demonstrable skills in Support, including skills in Windows Server, Database Technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server. Knowledge of Web Technologies i.e. .net, HTML, and also a real flair for Customer Service is beneficial!
