Skilled in MS XP, Windows 2003 Server, SQL and/or Oracle 2nd/3rd line technical support administration skills, you will have an excellent opportunity for career development and progression within this exciting and growing Software Company. You will be responsible for providing 2nd/3rd line telephone and remote technical support to over 400 end users world-wide.
It is essential that you have more than 18 months commercial background providing 2nd/3rd line technical support on Microsoft technologies including MS XP, Windows 2003 server and SQL/Oracle database administration and support skills. Any knowledge supporting web technologies is also highly desirable.
