Consultant/Software Trainer skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management and delivering training courses has an excellent opportunity with a CRM Solution Provider; this is an excellent opportunity for career progression and recognition. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle including, pre-sales support, business analysis, through to development implementation and training. You will also have the opportunity to expand upon the training offered including offering e-learning and other forms of training solutions.
It is essential that you are customer focused and have demonstrable skills in presentations, Business/IT degree or equivalent, and are an outgoing person! Knowledge and skills in Sage CRM/SalesLogix, Project Management, and previous training background are desirable but not essential.
